Your personal Data collected through the Website will be processed solely for following purposes:

  • on the basis of your specific consent, answers to questions you address directly to Us via Our contact form;
  • on the basis of your specific authorization, process your application for a position of ambassador which you submit to us via our Ambassador Application Form on the Website;
  • on the basis of your specific authorization, process your application to organize a fundraise event which you submit to us via our Fundraise Subscription Form on the Website;
  • on the basis that the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are a party;
  • on the basis that the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are a party, you must perform a direct debit transaction in the case of a monthly, quarterly or annual donation;
  • based on your specific consent to the use of cookies, compile statistics regarding the use of the Website.

 

Your Personal Data collected via telephone or e-mail will be processed solely for the following purposes:

  • on the basis of your specific consent, answers to questions you address directly to Us through those communication channels;
  • on the basis of your specific consent, to inform you about Our actions, Our fundraising campaigns, Our various Communication & PR tools (brochures, leaflets, social media posts, presentation material), Our products and Services.

We will not use your Personal Data for any new purpose not currently contemplated by this Privacy Statement, except pursuant to a valid legal authorization of your consent. In any case We will inform you of changes to this Privacy Statement prior to using your Personal Data for other purposes, and in case of activities based on consent.

We do not collect or process any specific information from you relating to Sensitive Personal Data except where you have explicitly provided us with such data. Categories of “Sensitive” Personal Data include information relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, membership of professional associations, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, health, sexual life or sexual orientation and judicial data.

We will not process your Personal Data to communicate with you about Our Products, Our Services or Our organization without your express prior consent.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

We will not disclose your Personal Data to any third party unless such disclosure (1) is based on your express consent, (2) is necessary for the performance of an agreement between you and Us, or (3) where such transfer of Personal Data is permitted or required by law or by order of a public authority or a judicial authority.

 

We transfer your Personal Data to the following recipients:

  • Based on the contractual terms of donation and in accordance with your instructions, we transfer your data to your bank in case you have consented to the setting up of a direct debit.
  • Based on your consent, We will transfer certain data listed below to our providers of statistics on the use of Our Website. Your data is also accessible to the following providers as processors: the providers of transmission tool that helps Us to send Our newsletters, Our hosting providers, external consultants.

 

Please note that where a transfer involved the transfer of your Personal Data to countries outside the European Economic Area the European Commission considers as not providing an adequate level of protection of Personal Data, We will ensure that appropriate measures are taken in accordance with applicable national and European laws regarding the protection of Personal Data.

  

MOLLIE – PAYMENT GATEWAY  

MOLLIE is a service that allows us to securely collect payments and transactions (donations) online. This service is not availble on this website for the moment. In the future it could be reactivated. 

As a donor, when you make payments or transact through our Website, we send the information related to your transaction to Mollie. The information collected includes information about payment methods (such as credit or debit card number or bank account information), the amount of the donation, the date and the method of payment. Different payment methods may require the collection of different categories of information. The non-profit AO-SI Foundations Association determines the payment methods that you can use and the information about the payment methods that Mollie collects depends on the payment method you choose for use in the list of available payment methods offered by our Website.

DURATION OF STORAGE

We will retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above or as required by applicable data retention laws and the statutory time limitation for complaints.

However, security requires efforts from all actors involved. COLLECTION OF DATA ON CHILDREN
